Downsizing decisions prompt CEO stress, sleeplessness

Richard Lewis, CEO for nearly 20 years at the Rockville, Md., Forest Resource Association, often can’t sleep these days. “[I have had] more sleepless nights in the last 12 months than in 12 years,” Lewis told CEO Update. “You wake up in middle of the night and you get the whirling brain.
